Investors are put on notice that in the determination of the issue price and quoted bid price of secondary market transaction for any Financial Instrument, such prices may contain or embed transaction costs, fees or charges incurred or charged by the Societe Generale or its affiliates in relation to any arrangement for hedging, operational and administrative purposes, and any profit margins.

Capacity Disclosure
Unless otherwise specified in the master distribution agreement, Societe Generale or its affiliates as the issuer is selling the Financial Instruments to the distributor who is acting as principal and not as agent of any end investors.
